Location: Dublin, OH - Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.

Compensation: $115K-$125K. plus bonuses, open for discussion and dependent on experience.

Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ construction experience
- Self-starter
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesmen
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed
- Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules
- Experience with Large Stick Framed Housing
