What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Title Agent
- Strong, established book of business in target states
- A strong book of business (ideally 20-40 cases per month)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Capable of managing a high volume of cases efficiently
- Currently feeling undervalued or seeking a better work environment
- Familiarity with various title insurance underwriters is a plus
