The Regional Manager - Stock Food is responsible for initiating and developing strategies in identified markets toward long term relationships with strategic targets. The Regional Manager - Stock Food is accountable to achieve annual sales goals and managing assigned core accounts; while identifying, developing and selling new customer opportunities to increase sales and profitability. Essential AccountabilitiesNew business developmentIdentify and close business with new customer opportunities.Establish key relationships with decision makers / influencers.Communicate customer and market needs to research and development and new product development teams.Identify competitive response scenarios and strategy.Support marketing plans and tradeshows.Recommend new products or technologies to target markets.Assist with project management activities through new product development process.Grow / maintain customersConduct needs analysis with customers and develop proposals.Account development.Develop and maintain account records, account plans, territory status reports and customer information.Maintain and build key relationships with decision makers / influencers.Develop forecasts and goals.Manage and develop broker network.Deliver Sales GrowthDeliver annual sales targets.Assist in developing pricing strategies.Support execution of price increases.Understand and sell value based pricing.Gather competitive informationIdentify technology trends and maintain industry technology knowledge in the areas of materials, design, tool lead times, sustainability trends and process technologies.Develop and maintain market knowledge and remain current on trends.All other duties as assigned by Manager.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
