Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer focused Technical Services Representative to join our HelpDesk team. It’s a fast-paced, ever-changing role where no two days are the same. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Answer calls for support during the duration of the shift
- Assist customers with troubleshooting hardware/software for a variety of systems
- Document and track all support requests through ticketing systems
- Follow up with customers when needed to verify all reported issues are resolved
On-Site Support (Vehicle required):
- Repair/replace equipment on-site when required
- Install and configure devices when needed
- Preform regular preventative maintenance and PCI checks
- Complete upgrades to both POS and back-office systems
- Site Security in the event a 24-hour location is closed overnight
POS & Back-Office Support:
- Troubleshoot and identify issues related to the POS & back-office systems
- Install, upgrade, and maintain all equipment related to the POS & back-office systems
- Answer calls related to the functionality and features of the systems
- Provide minor training where needed
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Assist various departments in ongoing tasks
- Backup Courier services provided when needed
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Inventory to identify and resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service; convenience experience a plus
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Current driver’s license and insurance required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
