Mortgage Support Analyst
This role supports our lending operations by ensuring that the system meets the needs of the business, including compliance with industry regulations, system updates, user support, and workflow management. This role will be responsible for the administration, customization, and maintenance of the Encompass LOS platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Encompass and the mortgage lending process, with the ability to optimize processes and troubleshoot technical issues.
Qualities of the successful candidate include :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that provides comparable knowledge and skills.
- Experience in the mortgage lending process, with the ability to optimize processes and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Knowledge of the Encompass platform, including system configuration, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in writing business rules / decision logic using rules engine.
- Experience in writing / testing business functional requirements
- Proven ability to lead projects.
- Professional appearance and attitude are a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Troubleshooting skills with a level of creativity to think outside the box
- Ability to multitask, be organized and able to work under pressure.
- Must be dependable, trustworthy and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and support staff.
