About Us :

Plainview Growers Inc. is a large wholesale grower of various plant products. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our sales and customer service department.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the tropical plant sales team.
  • Manage day-to-day customer interactions, communication, sales data analysis, order entry, PO processing, data verification, and future order pre-books.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop new customer relationships.
  • Handle general customer service tasks, including answering phone calls, processing garden center orders during peak season, and verifying pickup customer orders.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent phone, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong data entry and analytic skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and utilize them effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Strategic thinking to meet customer needs and support business objectives.
  • Ability to work across departments, including shipping, production, and greenhouse.
  • Preferred experience in Greenhouse, Garden Center, Nursery, or Floral industries.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

    • Salary :  Commensurate with experience.
