We're looking for a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Courtyard by Marriott Hagerstown. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our hotel facilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Install, maintain, and repair items promptly as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks and document them accurately.
- Conduct daily property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
