About the Job:
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Install, maintain, and repair items promptly as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks and document them accurately.
- Conduct daily property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
You'll work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively. Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
