Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for part-time (10-29 hours), full-time (30-38 hours), or PRN coverage at our 59-bed facility in Willard, OH. Join our in-house therapy team dedicated to creating personalized care plans for short-term, outpatient, and long-term patients, aiming for peak independence and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic activities to enhance functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress.
  
  

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent communication skills.
  
  

Flexible schedule, paid time off, and a pay rate starting at $48.00 per hour. Must be able to commute to Willard, OH.
