What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Coordinator position at PLANES Investments, LLC?
Job Description: Planning and overseeing all aspects of the remodeling process from initial planning to execution and completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting and communicating with contractors to give quotes on remodels
- Reviewing and submitting bids/quotes for approval
- Planning, scheduling, and ordering materials to ensure remodel completion according to schedule
- Obtaining any needed permits before, during, and after the remodel process
Skills needed:
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving, organizing, and leadership skills
- Carpentry, roofing, and construction knowledge
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, and a clear background check is required.
This is a full-time postition with PTO, paid holidays, and benefits available._ This is NOT a labor position!_
