Ability to multi-task and have exemplary client relations skills. The Coordinator must have the ability to continually prioritize various day to day job responsibilities and authorize decisions involving our accounts.

The Role

- Provide customer service in accordance with procedures.
- Present positive attitude on the phone.
- Monitor the order process to assure accurate and timely completion.
- Maintain constant communication with client, display a strong sense of urgency and respond quickly to inquiries.
- Maintain timely professional contact with account representatives.
- Properly update all required fields in appropriate computer application for each activity associated with a particular order.
- Monitor shipments until delivered.
- Coordinate the services of third party providers.
- Act with initiative in order to anticipate and resolve problems.
- Effectively plan and prioritize each commercial order
- Ability to work under the pressures of time constraints in a fast paced work environment while maintaining professionalism under stressful circumstances.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- College education preferred.
- Minimum of 2 year(s) in customer service position or related industry preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- High level of organization and time management.
- Industry-specific experience preferred

- Generally, Monday through Friday, first shift. Occasional overtime as necessary, including nights and/or weekends.
