We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who will be the first point of contact for families interested in joining our dance community. As the Client Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our families are informed, engaged and excited about their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Outreach
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Follow up with new registrations to provide all necessary information and answer questions
- Act as a liaison for new families, ensuring an easy and worry-free transition into our studio
Administrative Support
- Perform general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Manage and oversee monthly billing for each account
- Help set the studio’s annual schedule, ensuring smooth operations throughout the year
Event Planning & Coordination
- Oversee and organize all community events hosted by the studio
- Plan fun and engaging events for our studio families, fostering a sense of community
- Manage all birthday party bookings
Marketing & Engagement
- Write and distribute monthly newsletters and weekly studio updates to families
- Assist in gaining leads and growing enrollment through community connections and marketing efforts
- Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms
