We are looking for a Customer Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Shakopee, MN. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries
- Assist with membership sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work mornings from 6am-12pm and weekends
