About the Role : We are looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Shakopee, MN. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to our members during weekday evenings and weekend mornings.Responsibilities : Greet and check in members as they enter the facilityAssist with new member sign-ups and provide tours of the facilityAnswer phone calls and respond to member inquiriesMaintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby areaAssist with basic member account and billing inquiriesRequirements : Previous customer service experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer and data entry skillsPositive and friendly attitudeAbout Us : Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is a leading fitness center in Shakopee, MN, known for its welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere.
