Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with potential members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Handle front desk tasks, including answering phone calls, assisting with inquiries, and providing facility tours.
- Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
- Support members with amenities and services while addressing concerns or forwarding issues to the appropriate manager.
- Help maintain a clean and organized club environment.

Physical Demands
- Standing and walking for at least 75% of the shift
- Frequent verbal communication in person or on the phone (75% of the shift)
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (less than 30% of the time)
