Our Job Opening:
BravoFit is searching for an Assistant Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Club with the close guidance of the Club Manager. This includes measuring business trends, maximizing sales and profitability through memberships, maintaining staffing management, managing supplies and expense control. It is crucial in having constant communication regarding all aspects of the duties and responsibilities listed within this job description.
Your Contributions:
- Ensure that each Member receives outstanding member service by providing a member-friendly environment, which includes but is not limited to:
- Greeting and acknowledging every member
- Having solid product knowledge
- Answering quetions members may have about memberships, products and promos
- Supervise and manage a team of approx 12-16 employees
- Collaborating with the Club Manager in hiring, directing, and monitoring training of team members, and the development for all Club personnel.
- Maintains all visual merchandising standards, in club signage standards, and overall presentation of club
- Monitors inventory levels
- Plans and assigns daily goals and tasks to team members
- Ensures proper completion of assigned tasks (daily or weekly) through follow-up.
- Assist in monitoring statistics and reports through analysis on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Ensures cleanliness and maintenance to Club standards.
- Assist with scheduling staff
- Rotates on-call schedule with Club Manager to cover absent staff members.
- Collaborating with the Club Manager when managing disciplinary and termination activities
- Collaborating with the Club Manager to adjust strategies and business approaches based on market trends
- Plans and executes company financials to achieve club performance goals
- Self Brand Excellence Review (BER)
- Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Required to be onsite
- Other tasks as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, salary non-exempt position. Days and hours of work can be anywhere between Monday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 5:59 a.m the following day. To include holidays. Schedule can vary based on the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 year degree preferred
Experience:
- 1 years of previous managerial experience preferred
- 2 years in the fitness or customer service industry
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Other:
- 18 years of age or older.
- CPR Certification (obtained through employment)
Salary : $3,000 - $39,100
