Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
- 5 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner with employee relations or operating in a strategic business aspect; SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP Certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and written/oral communication abilities are required.
