Overnight Custodian

Job Summary The Overnight Custodian will maintain the cleanliness of all facility areas to ensure a positive member experience. Key Responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
• Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies.
• Report broken or missing amenities to the Club Manager.
• Follow Lost and Found Policy, turning in lost member property promptly.

Requirements:

• Custodial experience is preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work third shift is required.
• Honesty and strong work ethic are necessary.
• Problem-solving skills and diplomacy are vital.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent is required.
• Age 18 or older is mandatory.

Physical Demands:

• Continual standing and walking during shifts.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Lifting over 80 pounds may be required.

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location.
