- Software Proficiency

- Excel, Power Bi, and other Data Analysis : Using Excel or similar tools for tracking budgets, schedules, and other project metrics.
- Attention to Detail
- Accuracy in Documentation : Ensuring all project activities including construction, commissioning and startup are accurately documented.
- Quality Control : Reviewing and validating all aspects of the work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
- Communication Skills
- Ability to clearly communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Competence in preparing documentation, such as progress reports, test plans, and punch lists.
