Requirements
To be successful as an Engineering and Construction Manager, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Applied Engineering or a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of project management experience, preferably working in accordance with Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Project Lifecycle Processes (PLP) framework.
- Expertise in critical thinking and decision-making skills, as well as strategic thinking, trade-offs analysis, data analysis, and analytics knowledge and utility business acumen.
