The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing project requirements, gathering quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and preparing accurate estimates for construction projects. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are bid accurately and competitively while meeting the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand and define project requirements.
- Research and analyze quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers for materials, equipment, and labor costs.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies specific to each project.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely completion of proposals.
- Prepare and submit detailed proposals to potential clients.
- Develop expertise in the company’s estimating systems and internal processes.
- Interpret project scopes of work and documentation to create effective bidding strategies.
