Content Manager (SharePoint) Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing our SharePoint sites, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and an effective resource for our team and well marketed to our customer base in GMS/GQ. Use cutting edge learning technologies to engage multi-generational workforce in enhanced learning experiences (20%).
- Play a crucial role in communicating about our learning programs, keeping everyone informed and engaged with the latest developments and opportunities, including initiatives associated with our learning investment for skilling & capability building (15%).
- Partner with Organizational Learning & Change Management (OL&CM) Leads to create information sharing packs for learning leads calls, and ensure decks are issued 1 week in advance of monthly calls (10%).
- Partner with the OL&CM leads to manage GMS/GQ Learning Academies assets – content is current, active and all links are functioning (10%).
- Collaborate with instructional designer and OL&CM Leads to create adaptive learning content that aligns with role-specific requirements, specifically targeting non-GxP content (15%).
- Manage metrics on utilization of assets for Learning KPI metrics reporting and use data analytics to identify learning gaps and tailor content to site & function learning roadmap needs. (15%).
- Provide support and training to instructional designers on using AI tools and interpreting data analytics (15%).
- Adapt to work priorities in response to complex or rapidly changing environment. Has the context of global, regional & site learning needs to drive key elements of the role requirements.

- Coordinate with the Head of OL&CM, and team members to deliver the expectations of the GMS/GQ Learning and Skilling strategy.They will also partner with site and center function learning leads or Points of Contact (POC), Business Excellence Leads, and Operational Excellence partners.
- The incumbent may be in contact with the clients' customers, CMOs, vendors and consultants and external Benchmarking bodies or external industry contacts as it relates to staying current on learning methodologies and tools.
- Deliver results to project timelines with limited resources.
- Excellent working knowledge and SME on Learning Technologies and their application in a GxP/non-GxP environment. Complexity (Products managed, mix of businesses, internal and/or external business environment, cultural considerations).
- The incumbent will be involved in complex problem resolution and will work with minimal direction. Appropriate structured problem solving techniques will be used to resolve business problems with focus on compliance and business risk in all solutions. Extensive database experience and programming capabilities desirable as is a background in Sharepoint, Communications, Instructional Design and AI are critical core skill requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, knowledge management and instructional design, with an emphasis on AI tools & Sharepoint and Communications management. Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance is needed. Experience in deployment of KM strategies in global biotech / pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
- BS in Science or Engineering discipline preferred, 3 - 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical environment. Training qualification (Certificate or Diploma level preferred), with experience in knowledge management and social learning skills. Strong technical/systems background desirable.
- SME on knowledge management tools and processes, such as Sharepoint and learning technologies (Edcast LxP, and SuccessFactors LMS).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills essential. Ability to prioritize multiple inputs and customer suggestions beneficial.
