Planet Interactive is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join one of our clients that is a leading distributor in the scientific and healthcare industries. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the marketing efforts and help grow the companies brand presence and customer base.
Salary: up to 120k depending on experience
Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL (preferred on-site 5 days a week, could be flexible with a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days on-site)
Marketing Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team consisting of a graphic designer and a marketing assistant.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend innovative marketing approaches to reach target audiences.
E-Commerce and Digital Marketing:
- Oversee e-commerce strategies and collaborate with external vendors to optimize website performance using Adobe Commerce.
- Implement and manage strategies to enhance SEO and PPC campaigns, holding third-party teams accountable for measurable results.
- Drive strategies to increase online visibility, grow organic and paid traffic, and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and evaluate website analytics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
Marketing Technology and Platforms:
- Leverage HubSpot for email marketing campaigns and CRM management to engage and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to learn and integrate marketing efforts within Prophet 21 (ERP system).
- Ensure marketing campaigns and strategies align with existing systems and processes for seamless execution.
Content and Brand Development:
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, digital assets, and campaigns that reflect the brand’s voice and mission.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure all visual materials meet brand guidelines and support campaign objectives.
- Develop and manage a content calendar for social media, email marketing, and other channels, ensuring consistency and relevance.
Performance Management and Reporting:
- Set measurable marketing goals, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine and improve efforts.
- Hold third-party vendors accountable for delivering results and ensure alignment with company goals.
Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce, SEO, and PPC strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Adobe Commerce, and ERP systems (experience with Prophet 21 a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and tools, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and paid media platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
