Senior Merchandising Manager Responsibilities
- Act as an expert in building Consumer Right Assortments for assigned category & location
- Brief the product engine on the needs of the consumer for both the category/geography and upcoming trends
- Work across the product engines to ensure that product is being created with the retail end in mind
- Edit the product line for assigned location and category using both directed assortment and selecting the line outside of the global core product with a goal of meeting revenue targets
- Build directed assortments that support category vision, working with geographies with retail end in mind
- Bachelors Degree
- 10 YOE with a retail or merchandising background at a buyer or director level
- Experience with assortment and product line plan software
- Experience working with highly cross functional teams
- Experience with global merchandising
- An apparel and footwear background
