About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Planet Professional. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.



Salary and Benefits


The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $18 per hour.



Key Responsibilities


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Supporting management and staff with administrative tasks;

  • Preparing reports and correspondence in a timely manner;

  • Maintaining accurate records and files; and

  • Performing various administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications.



Requirements


To be considered for this role, you will require:



  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;

  • Strong organizational and time management skills;

  • Proficiency with MS 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
