Trauma & Family Integration (TFI), a mental health clinic located in downtown Lowell, MA , is currently seeking to hire full time Administrative Assistant. We are a diverse and friendly practice that strives to deliver the best possible service to Adults, children and their families in Greater Lowell Area. We are looking for a candidate who exudes positive energy, a quick and willing learner.
We are looking for someone with :

- A genuine affinity for customer service and working with people
- Great with organization, priority setting, and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and other stakeholders
- Manage client intake process
- Coordinate Clinician and Leadership Team Schedules
- Ensure seamless inter-departmental coordination, and smooth running of the clinic
- Copying, scanning or faxing documents
- Fluency in Information Technology; Microsoft office suite, etc
- Perform select HR duties including onboarding of new staff.
- Process payroll.
- Associate Degree in Human Services or Business
- 2-3 years of related professional experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, or Business studies
- Computer proficiency (MS Office) and ability to learn new software and applications esp EHRs.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Associate or Bachelors Degree.
