Benefits Coordinator
$30-$32
3 month contract, through May 2025
Hybrid- NYC
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years handling benefits administration, including supporting benefits questions, Benefits New Hire Orientations and Annual Open Enrollment.
Preferred:
- SHPR/PHR/CEBS/SHRM Certification Preferred
- People Soft Experience
- Service Now experience

Our client it looking for a Benefits Specialist, who will be a subject matter expert in medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, tax savings, and voluntary benefit plans. They will support the Health and Welfare team by assisting with the preparation and execution of Annual Open Enrollment. This individual be responsible for:
- Performing front line customer service via telephone, email, Service Now and Message Center applications for the Benefits Service Center, on average two to three hours per day. Support Benefits New Hire Orientations and Annual Open Enrollment.
- Administrative and project support for Retirement Team. Process retros/recoups for retirement contributions to be submitted to payroll and/or retirement plan carriers.
- Administrative support for Vendor Relations including HIPAA compliance and management of the Employee Assistance Program.
- Administrative and project support for Benefit Operations including Benefit Systems.
- Administrative and project support for Tuition Programs by collaborating with Tuition Programs on escalated issues and communications.
Salary : $30 - $32
