Planet Professional seeks a skilled Business Analyst to manage Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) activities, commissions, sales flash reporting, and budget-to-actual expense reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex revenue-related processes, financial reporting, and reconciliations. They will be responsible for assisting in the financial management of GPO contracts and related financial arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage GPO admin fees on a monthly basis
- Lead projects from inception to successful conclusion
- Review quotes for compliance with purchase agreements
- Communicate changes to GPO account members
- Resolve issues and field questions from sales and support teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar analytical role
- Bachelor's degree required, majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management preferred
- Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
- Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
