Job Overview
The Planet Professional team seeks a skilled Global HR Director to lead our human resources department. As a key strategic leader, you will develop and execute the global HR strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.

This role requires close partnership with senior leadership to drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and business growth across multiple regions. You will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compliance, and collaboration with our parent company's corporate HR organization.

Main Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Act as a strategic HR partner to the President and senior leadership team.
3. Collaborate closely with our parent company's corporate HR team.
4. Lead global HR operations, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all regions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies in a multi-national organization.
4. Strong experience in unionized production environments.
