Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to join our Global Total Rewards Team supporting the Sales Organization. As a critical member of the Human Resources (HR) team, this role will lead the strategic deployment of compensation programs aligned with our people-first philosophy. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong business acumen, sales compensation expertise, and project management skills, along with a collaborative approach to partnering with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation matters, providing strategic consultation and recommending programs, policies, and practices aligned with the company's Compensation Strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Sales Organization’s business model, market conditions, and competitive landscape to influence compensation decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Design and deliver innovative, competitive solutions to complex compensation issues, while educating and advising HR partners and leadership on compensation philosophy and best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking studies to assess the competitiveness of base salary, variable pay, and long-term incentive programs within the sales function.
- Analyze results, model cost impacts, and present strategic recommendations to HR and business leaders.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of a global job architecture, including job leveling frameworks and pay structures.
- Drive the communication and implementation of compensation program changes across the organization in alignment with the evolving compensation strategy.
- Serve as a key contributor to the design and execution of the annual global base salary and bonus programs.
- Develop and enhance compensation tools and resources to empower HR teams to make informed pay decisions.
- Stay current on compensation regulations and compliance requirements, offering guidance and recommendations to ensure alignment with legal standards.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on total rewards concepts for HR teams and business leaders.
- Mentor and provide direction to the Compensation Analysis Team, fostering growth and development.
