Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to handle customer calls, promptly resolve issues, and provide top-notch support. Key responsibilities include:
- Data entry and management of customer information
- Assisting with account reconciliation and preparation of reports and invoices
- Processing new accounts and orders in a timely manner
- Making outbound calls to gather information or provide follow-up to resolve customer concerns
- Occasionally handling miscellaneous projects that require attention to detail and organizational skills
Requirements:
- 1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing heavy inbound and outbound calls and transferring calls efficiently
- 3 years of experience providing business-to-business account support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet/intranet usage
- Experience in proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
