HR Generalist
Position Overview:
Looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR services. The successful candidate will apply practical and pragmatic HR practices and solutions across a range of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and talent management. The position requires a self-motivated, hands-on, customer-service orientated individual.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with site leadership and management to support the organization’s goals and strategy related to all Human Capital Initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance for employee relations, and career development.
- Supports, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resources, compliance and strategy needs.
- Administers human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
- Supports staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information system (HRIS) management system.
- Supports and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years post graduate HR experience required.
- Manufacturing and or Semi- Conductor Experience preferred.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
