Real Estate Accountant
12 Month Contract
Cupertino, CA
Onsite Tues to Thurs
Hourly: $61.73/hr
Must Haves:
- BA or BS in accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Ability to review, interpret and abstract legal real estate documents;
- Accounting background; Lease Accounting
- Excel skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity such that lease documents are interpreted, abstracted and entered into the system of record accurately
- Ongoing verification and abstraction of lease information and appropriate updating of the database
Other duties as assigned
