Technical Recruiter
6 months, potential to extend or go perm
Ideal is 2-3 days on site in Wilmington
Must Haves:
- Technical Recruiting experience
- Able to handle 18-20 reqs
- Semiconducting industry exposure
- Experience placing heavily technical roles (ideally director level, not hourly employees)
Preferred:
- Semiconductor Manufacturing experience (they make the machines that make semiconductors)
- Workday ATS
- Experience recruiting for semiconductor R&D roles
Client has an immediate need for someone who has experience recruiting in a heavily technical environment. Semiconductor industry exposure is ideal. This person will handle roughly 18-20 reqs at a time, some may have overlap. Possible areas of focus could be semiconductor R&D or Technical Manufacturing.
Salary : $50 - $65
