Responsibilities:
Identify and execute new business opportunities, create target hot lists & leads, and consistently connect with prospects
Cold calls, email, social sites, networking, collaborating and interfacing within many levels of organizations with key contact/ players
Meet, exceed, and fulfill client needs and requests-- performance standards in accordance with goals, objectives and metrics for the role
Establish, maintain, and retain client loyalty–earn credibility and business!
Knowledge is power! Research market trends and resources—be consummate industry expert
Generate key new business contacts and opportunities—maximize, capitalize, and follow through Approach sales activities with excitement— suggest and recommend strategic solutions Drive and influence decision makers!
Connect & communicate –ask for business, and deliver!
Resonate and support GROE values, vision, & mission
Forge ahead with best business decisions/practices
Achieve monthly individual and team based targeted goals
High Volume call responsibility
Sales trainings—interest and aptitude for advancement, career growth, and challenges !
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or 1 year professional experience equivalent
Must be hungry for results, and superior quality service driven!
Excellent communication, decision- making, negotiating, influencing and closing skills a must!
Results -oriented, adaptable, enthusiastic, motivated, self starters !
Strong CRM and ATS computer skills -- willing to learn new programs and software
Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to working smart!
Focused, creative, sales minded individuals who thrive (and enjoy) multi-tasking fast-paced environment!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
