Premier client is looking for a Service Desk Team Leader / Manager : Reporting to the VP of IT, you will be providing top notch / white glove service. As a hands on leader, you will lead by example providing day to day support to an employee base of 100 users in Boston. .
The ideal candidate :
- At least 10 years of experience and 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience providing top notch support to employees (including executive) along with the following : Services Management, Documentation, Performance Monitoring, Customer Service Excellence, Vendor Management, Communication, and Risk Management.
- Strong technical knowledge in device management (MAC and Windows) including desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, audio / video conferencing systems, WiFi connectivity, etc.
- Experience working in any of the following industries, philanthropy, private equity, financial services or property management
- Strong communication skills
- BS Degree
