Help Desk vs. Desktop Support: 90% in person support
Looking to expand their IT team – they have a lot to do and they need more resources
Would need someone to help with systems administration work as well
Responsibilities include password resets, permissions and requests, installs, etc.
Ticketing System: implementing TreadDesk
They want to specialize each of the functions so everyone isn’t doing everything
Must Haves:
* Looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience
* Comfortable working in a Microsoft environment
* Needs someone who can take initiative
* Strong customer service skills
