Location: Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite in their Boston office, the rest of the days remote!
Job Description
Planet Technology’s direct end-user client is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join them on a Direct Hire, hybrid opportunity located in the vibrant city of Boston, MA!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support for HR applications, particularly Workday.
- Workday integrations experience is a plus.
- Manage system security, access, maintenance, administration, and data integrity for HR systems.
- Configure Workday modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Absence Management.
- Identify and resolve issues by analyzing root causes and collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions.
- Offer training, support, and guidance to system users and team members.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of Workday HRIS experience (5 years preferred) with at least 2 years in a senior or lead analyst role.
- Proven ability to lead projects involving system upgrades and configuration changes.
- Expertise in developing business reports and management dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, security protocols, data integrity, and system configuration best practices.
