Position Summary:
You will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier technology professionals for our key clients, working closely with Business Development to fulfill strategic hiring needs while building strong talent pipelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging highly qualified technology professionals through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partnering closely with Business Development and hiring teams to understand client needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand skill sets in IT, software development, cloud, cybersecurity, and other technology sectors.
- Representing Planet Technology professionally and promoting our brand as an employer of choice in the tech staffing industry.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience in technology staffing.
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in IT, software development, or related technical fields.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
