Social Media Manager

We are a growing media planning and buying agency working with large national retail and franchise clients all across the US.

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to support our current and future client base. This is a 100% remote, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Manage all social media accounts at local levels where necessary, including complete set-up of accounts, scheduling and running paid ads ongoing across various social platforms especially Meta and Google

- Set up and deploy necessary tools to schedule, run and track all campaigns ongoing

- Conduct and report on detailed and comprehensive analysis of the performance of all campaigns recommending data driven strategies to further improve results  

- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and generally represent yourself as the thought leader in this space to internal team and clients

Skills:

- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a large brand or organization

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends

- Proficient in using social media management tools

- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
