Director of Business Development
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Target and acquire new business for the company's three service offerings across this territory, delivering annual new business revenue in excess of $3M.
- Utilize CRM platforms to build a pipeline of qualified prospects and set weekly meetings with these opportunities.
- Focus on Residential and Commercial properties, building relationships with Property Managers, owners/developers, and facilities teams.
- Attend industry events and conferences to establish and grow new connections.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business development decisions.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, including revenue, sales pipeline, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Operations & Marketing departments to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
- Develop partnerships with other companies and industry experts to expand the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7 to 10 years of proven sales experience.
- Expertise in presentations, proposal reviews, and company pitches.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to travel frequently and accommodate overnight trips.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide timely updates via CRM systems.
