YOUR DAY- TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Seek and develop opportunities to engage our communities in ways that will expand recruitment and build leadership
- Build relationships with strategic partners including BIPOC and LGBTQ led organizations and mission aligned advocacy groups
- Plan and implement events and projects including traditional canvasses, abortion stigma reducing deep canvassing, health center advocacy programs, storytelling cultivation, phone banks, community events, and recruitment opportunities
- Actively participate in electoral campaigns, supporting the election of endorsed candidates, and ballot measures through coordinated or independent expenditure activities
- Develop volunteer leadership, including recruiting, motivating, cultivating and developing a team through side-by-side coaching and volunteer trainings
- With the support of the Communications staff, create social media postings for various PPNNE/AF properties
- Work with a group of dedicated professionals

- Pay Range - for this position is based on years of relevant work experience. Candidates with 0-6 years of experience can expect to earn between $24.14 - $27.17 per hour/year. As experience increases, so does the rate of pay, with candidates who have 15 or more years of direct experience earning up to $33.78 per hour/year

- Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are critical for this position
- Self-motivation and an ability to successfully work independently, as part of a team, and as a team leader
- Valid Driver’s license and access to a car with the ability to travel across the 3 state region
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
