Starting Pay: Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for this position is $73,989.15 - $83,858.19 Per Year.

Primary Areas of Responsibility/Essential Functions:
Quarterly Regional Staff Gatherings
- Collaboratively plan and execute quarterly staff gatherings in regional locations by soliciting feedback from staff, ensuring staff needs are balanced with strategic priorities
- Gather and create post-event reports to send to the donor as well as soliciting feedback to continuously improve future gatherings.
- Manage logistics, budgeting, and vendor relationships to deliver impactful events.
- Support Content creation as is appropriate
Conference Planning
- Organize annual conferences for your primary audience, focusing on leadership development, networking, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging content, including keynote speakers, workshops, and breakout sessions.
- Ensure seamless coordination of event logistics, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and technology requirements.
Staff Recognition Programs
- Develop and manage innovative staff recognition initiatives to celebrate achievements, milestones, and contributions.
- Oversee awards programs, peer recognition platforms, and other employee appreciation activities.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of recognition programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Organize Employee Feedback Surveys
- Manage exit interview program
- Monitor engagement metrics and identify trends or areas requiring improvement.
- Partner with HR and other departments to implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Abortion Care: We all work in abortion care, whether it is referrals, information, education, counseling, performing, scheduling, etc. In this role, you will provide leadership for abortion providers and direct care, education, and services for patients who have or may be seeking abortion care with PPRM.
