This role will oversee quarterly regional staff gatherings, organize a high-impact manager and clinician conference, drive staff recognition programs, and spearhead strategies to enhance overall employee engagement. Qualifications :
5 years of experience in employee engagement, event planning, or a related role.Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven experience designing and executing large-scale events and initiatives.Proficiency in engagement tools, survey platforms, and event management software is a plus.Key Approaches to the Work :

Quarterly Regional Staff Gatherings
Collaboratively plan and execute quarterly staff gatherings in regional locations by soliciting feedback from staff, ensuring staff needs are balanced with strategic prioritiesGather and create post-event reports to send to the donor as well as soliciting feedback to continuously improve future gatherings.Manage logistics, budgeting, and vendor relationships to deliver impactful events.Support Content creation as is appropriateConference Planning
Organize annual conferences for your primary audience, focusing on leadership development, networking, and strategic alignment.Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging content, including keynote speakers, workshops, and breakout sessions.Ensure seamless coordination of event logistics, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and technology requirements.Staff Recognition Programs
Develop and manage innovative staff recognition initiatives to celebrate achievements, milestones, and contributions.Oversee awards programs, peer recognition platforms, and other employee appreciation activities.Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of recognition programs and make recommendations for improvements.Organize Employee Feedback Surveys
Manage exit interview programMonitor engagement metrics and identify trends or areas requiring improvement.Partner with HR and other departments to implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Abortion Care : We all work in abortion care, whether it is referrals, information, education, counseling, performing, scheduling, etc. In this role, you will provide leadership for abortion providers and direct care, education, and services for patients who have or may be seeking abortion care with PPRM.
