As a Financial Representative you will work with individuals and businesses in your community, providing access to financial products and services that will protect their assets, help them understand their financial life, and build wealth for the future.

What you’ll be doing…
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Work to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial information.
-Analyze information to create a plan with appropriate strategies, products, and services.
-Manage clients’ financial plans to ensure they are consistently aligned with their goals throughout the years.
Provided Support…
-Mentorship and Training by our Business Development Team. An intensive 90-day “Career Launch” program to get you up and running quickly, followed by ongoing training and development for your first five years (and beyond).
-Guardian sponsored (and Planning Alliance enhanced) Foundations and Foundations for Wealth Management programs. Foundations is a 90-day blended learning program that helps new advisors get off to a fast start. The conclusion of the program takes place in Dallas, Texas where Guardian Life advisors from all over the country come together and complete their business-building training.
-Weekly and Monthly team trainings, such as weekly concept and language building study groups, role playing exercises, and activity management coaching.
-Financial support and no-cost study materials for Life and Health Insurance Licensing, SIE, Series 66 and Series 7 exams.

Basic Qualifications:
· Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
· Securities Licensed: SIE, Series 7 & 66 (or willing to become)
-Life & Health Insurance Producer licensed (or willing to become)
