Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Planning Officer to work with our client Main Roads WA on a fixed term contract until June 2025 based in Geraldton.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in :
- Process applications for third parties seeking approval to undertake work within the road reserve
- Maintain ‘Third Party Work within the Road Reserve’ Register
- Coordinate response to planning referrals and preliminary enquiries relating to sub-division, development applications and town planning schemes and assist to maintain the planning register
- Monitor and assist customers in compliance with conditions set for development and access applications
- Assist with other enquiries relating to Main Roads reserves and Network Access
