This role is pivotal in managing the Shire’s town planning services, building approvals, and compliance services, ensuring the orderly and proper development of the Shire.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the delivery of town planning and building approval services.
- Manage the maintenance and upgrade of the Shire’s building assets.
- Provide leadership and supervision to a team of planning and building professionals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, codes, and standards.
- Liaise with residents, ratepayers, government departments, and other stakeholders.
