Description
Perform Stockroom duties that include: Receiving
§ Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items, communicating and/or processing discrepancy reports when required.
§ Verify packages according to order, packing slip and/or invoices (quantity, part number, price, etc.)
§ Process, label and receive materials according to required company procedures
§ Communicate with QA personnel and management on receipts, discrepancies, and documentation.
§ Organizing, scanning, and archiving of received documents
§ Assist in retrieving documentation for AS9102 First Article Certification
§ Assist stockroom in de-kitting parts
· Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
· Checking in consigned parts
· Various ERP (ManEx) functions
· Assisting shop supervisors with questions and finding parts
Requirements
o Essential functions of the job
· Communicate with shop supervisors, purchasing associates, and management
· Process received parts in ERP (ManEx)
· Assist Purchasing when needed
· Preform cycle counts and/or physical inventory to verify accuracy of inventory counts as needed.
o Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
· Identify electronic components and values
· Read and interpret drawings and BOM’s
· Intermediate knowledge of MS OFFICE applications (EXCEL, OUTLOOK, etc.)
· Basic knowledge of PDF software (Acrobat or equivalent)
· Knowledge of ERP application, ManEx preferred
· Knowledge of printers and scanners
· Use of counting machines
· Basic mathematical skills
· Expected to be dependable and punctual
o Required education and experience
· Prefer a high school diploma or one-year receiving experience in electronics manufacturing facility.
