We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department with recruitment activities, day-to-day administrative tasks, employee engagement, and more! This internship is a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of HR while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate for this position will be a college student or recent graduate interested in Human Resources. This opportunity will be in office and work an average of 20 hours a week, from May – July.

What you"ll do
- Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HR systems
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with HR data entry, reports, and document management
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and events
- Conduct research on HR best practices and help with HR SOPs
- Participate in leadership meetings and take notes as needed
- Provide general HR administrative support to the organization
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a university or college.
- Strong interest in HR and desire to learn more about the field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS a plus
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
