- Have a B.S. or higher degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Are excited to close mass balances in process simulations
- Have thorough knowledge of heat and mass transport principles
- Know your way around typical unit processes used in chemical industry
- Have experience developing and scaling chemical processes to ton scale
- Can describe a number of projects where you’ve designed and built something yourself from ideation to completion
- Routinely leverage constrained resources to meet ambitious experimental timelines and producing quality results
- Prioritize speed and efficiency to build as fast as possible
